Vehicle Exhibitors Applications CLOSED FOR 2022 SHOW AS ITS CANCELLED.

The Military Vehicle Trust and Wicksteed Park management would like to welcome you and your family to Wicksteed At War 2022.

We accept military vehicles of all generations and countries of origin. All exhibitors are required to complete an online application. We will be sending welcome packs via email in May.
Once you have completed the form you are booked in. A confirmation email will be sent within 24hrs. Please check your spam box.
The park boasts complete camping facilities such as purpose-built shower blocks, toilets, amusement rides and petting zoo! Local shops and superstores are located within 2 miles of the event.

The Parks Rules On Camping

Only military camp equipment (tents etc) are permitted on the show fields for camping. All military camping is FREE on the show grounds.

Non-military vehicles (civilian cars, vans & pick-ups) must be removed from the show fields and parked (for free) in the adjacent carpark field after setting up your camp.

All modern and civilian camping ie. modern tents, caravans and camper vans must use the parks paid campsite (park rules). You can call their booking office on 01536 512475 to enquire about prices and to book a pitch and get your MVT discounted rate.

Site Rules

1. There is to be no selling of Knifes between owners.

2. There will be no displaying of Nazi or SS uniforms, flags or any other paraphernalia (Wicksteed Park is a family venue and this decision is based on their public family feedback).

3. Generators used in the park are subject to strict guidelines. If you intend to use one, please let us know if you would like a copy of these guidelines. You are responsible for any accidents or injuries as a result of the use of generators.
