About The MVT

Application Form

Show dates: 8th of June (Friday) is the School Education Day. 9th and 10th of June (Saturday and Sunday) are the public open days with arena activities. We have themed nights for the exhibitors with entertainment in the pavilion bars on both the Friday and Saturday nights.

All exhibitors are welcome to start arriving and setting up at the show from the Wednesday afternoon (6th) onwards.

All Stall Holders & Traders are required to complete an entry form

South East Midlands area of the Military Vehicle Trust are pleased to invite you to their annual show, Wicksteed At War 2018. We aim to be a family friendly show so please bring the whole family with you.

By filling in this form you will receive:

• FREE entry for your military vehicle or support car into the park
• FREE weekend rides passes (2 per vehicle)

Stallholders may camp on their pitches for free, or alternatively use the parks campsite. This will incur a subsidised charge and includes Friday to Sunday night. You can book your camping on the campsite in advance via the Wicksteed park booking office 01536 512475.

All stallholders must carry valid insurance documents with them at the show.

Pitch Sizes

Standard Pitches are 10 metres deep and 12 metres wide. A single standard pitch is £100. Frontages over 12 metres will be charged at an additional £8.50 per metre

Stall holders and traders can also buy 2 standard pitches for £200 plus any additional frontage at £8.50 per metre

Cheques should be made payable to ‘South East Midlands MVT’.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY PITCHES ORDERED AFTER 31/05/18 WILL BE CHARGED £120 FOR A STANDARD PITCH


Insurance


The Terms & Conditions

  • I declare that I have valid public liability insurance (re-enactors) or vehicle insurance (military vehicles)
  • I agree that I and any accompanying attendees will abide by the MVT code of Conduct
  • I will not display or wear any SS memorabilia or sell guns of any sort (including BB guns)
